So I pulled out the ever inspiring and very delicious (in all the ways you're thinking) Nigella in an effort to put my new mixer to good use and have a crack at these cuties
But Nigella didn't realise I wanted to use my mixer and instead asked me to use the food processor (bless her practicality)...so I ditched her for the good old fashioned Women's Weekly recipe instead
That turned out these lovelies

Which quickly got gobbled up.
And I don't even like cake that much.

ReplyDeleteOo yes the Women's Weekly cupcake book - I flipped through that at the cake decorator shop last week - gorgeous! IO had to put it back on the shelf though, truly how many cake making books do I need?!
