I followed this gorgeous old pattern:
Will be casting on the second one tonight and once I finish I think I will use the lace up finish on them...although I would love to do the shaggy pair on that pattern sheet above!!
It's unexpected I know after I went on about how I never finish anything - my fellow AADC members will be disappointed....but more true to form here is a photo of the pile of wool awaiting assignment...luckily only two people usually need to sit on our 3 seater couch as 1 seat is permanently occupied by a pile of wool and a couple of loose needles.
This is only the wool on the lounge I have many other substantial stockpiles in the craft cupboard.

i love the slippers - we need to have some quality knitting time so we can share some patterns - I want to try the slippers, socks and learn DPN's!
any trips coming up with an afternoon to spare?
