Baking is kinda like craft

Despite having the greatest intentions of picking up my needles again this weekend, I didn't. What I did manage to do though after cleaning the house this morning ready for a house inspection on Tues was to do some baking.

I didn't think to take photos till late but I made banana and white choc chip muffins - improvised from a very basic recipe I ripped out of a magazine...and Mum's chewy fruit slice which is an old recipe one of Mum's friends Mums used to make...it's quite old fashioned, but I love it and it's so easy to make.

Bad photos but if I waited till daylight to take photos there's be nothing to take them of... they're packed up ready to go off to work where I will attempt to win over my new work mates with baked bribery
